These Terms and Conditions govern your use of brixcarts.com and any purchase you make from Brix Carts. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy from us. By entering the site you confirm that you are 21+ and that the products you order are legal where you live and where they will be delivered. We may verify your age and refuse or cancel any order that fails verification. See our Age Verification Policy.
2. Products and Compliance
Hemp-derived products we sell are represented by their manufacturers to contain no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis, and certificates of analysis are published on our Lab Results page where available. Laws on hemp-derived cannabinoids and nicotine products vary by state and change often. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. We do not ship to locations where a product is prohibited.
Nicotine products (including the Brixz 9000 and nicotine pouches) contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. Cream chargers are sold for culinary use only; misuse is dangerous and prohibited.
3. Orders, Pricing and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
4. Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods shown on the checkout page. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Use of Products
Products are for adult use only and must be used responsibly and as directed on the packaging. Do not drive or operate machinery after using hemp-derived products. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Hemp-derived products may cause a positive result on a drug test.
7. Intellectual Property
Text, graphics, logos and page designs on this site belong to Brix Carts or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission. Product names and brand marks belong to their manufacturers.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. Brix Carts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Brix Carts is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that state.
